It would be cool if you guys made a Roku device that had a built-in HDMI switch that you can switch from the Roku remote. Basically, you can have a 3-input 1-output HDMI switch with one input dedicated to the Roku streaming stick and the other inputs either having a button on the remote or an app changing the active input via hardware control.
