I am in Canada. I am requesting to Developer and Management of Roku box, USA to please add CBC Gem Canada channel on Roku for Canadian, please.

You will have to ask that provider to support Roku. Roku themselves do not create channels for other providers. They only offer their own The Roku Channel and the Roku Media Player for accessing local media. All other channels are provided by others.

Roku doesn't create channels for 3rd party providers. You have to ask CBC to create the channel.

People have been asking for this from the CBC. But it would definitely not hurt if Roku also advocated on our behalf.

Please add cbc gem for some Canadian content

We bought Roku presuming we could stream CBC Gem. Very disappointed that it’s not available. The only Canadian content is CBC TV which I already get on cable. Will wait to mid 2022 and then buy another device and cancel Roku.

Cancel what? There's no ongoing charge to own and use a Roku. If it doesn't get the channels you desire, it's still perfectly usable for the channels it does access. No sense throwing something away that is still perfectly usable by someone.
