Solving playback issues

I added the roku subwoofer to my soundbar and it stopped working. System says subwoofer not found. I tried unpluggingmand prs]essing reset button. Then I tried to remove it and re-pair it and system says not found. The subwoofer is right next to the soundbar. The system directs to me 

The system directs me to go.roku.com/subpairhelp and the link says article not found.

Roku also will not let me to talk to an agent.

I guess I will have to find out how to return it and try another product

I have the same issue how did you fix this issue I have only had the unit for about two months
