Roku with Sounbar

I've had my Roku with Soundbar for about 6 months and a few months ago around Nov 1st, the sound started to get garbled and distorted, and then the bass started buzzing really bad. It sounds terrible if I turn it up to anything louder than 10. Very disappointing. I don't listen to it very loud at all, so it is impossible that I blew the speakers by playing them too loud.
