Do tell what incorrect info was given by me?  My info is completely accurate.  They continue to say did you use the  Roku power cord and adapter.  I had already stated that I tested with another that is working.  They then stated it's not compatible... yet the link they provide shows very clearly the 2 models I own and previously as posted require the exact same powercord and adapter.  Yet once pointed out they still repeated again each time closing to pad their metrics as resolved claims for productive when nothing has been resolved. Lol believe me people will learn without my post.
