picture too large on all streaming channels. There is no answer for a solution

How can we fix our roku system when the picture on the streaming channels like Discovery+ and Paramount are too large for the screen.  TV channels are fine.  We unplugged roku from wall and tv nothing happened.   Help

Try using the Zoom or P(icture) Size button on your TV's remote control.
