Please be aware that back in November 2021, the Roku devices were running OS 10.5 which is no longer a current OS as Roku devices should be operating on OS 11.0 now.
When trying to resolve issues, it's important that we have the most updated information on the Roku devices that are experiencing the issue.

It's plain to see after all this time that this problem either can't be fixed, Roku and TCL are pointing the finger at each other, or nobody cares until it affects sales, the only thing either company really cares about.

As previously mentioned, this thread is for an older version OS that has been since updated.
If you are experiencing a similar issue, we would recommend searching the Roku Community for another recent thread or creating a new thread.
