One of the bedroom TV's has Roku loaded on the TV. TV has been in place a number of years with no issues. It is a wifi connection, there is a google node in the room with the TV.
Having trouble with loading and playing content on netflix app. Confirmed the Roku firmware is update and deleted and reloaded the Netflix app. Hulu and other apps streaming works fine, just a problem with Netflix. it is very slow and will often freeze while loading content or playing content for no apparent reason.
Any help appreciated.
Brian
That has nothing to do with Roku. Try restarting your modem and router. You have a Roku TV so restart it.
Thanks for the post.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
Thanks,
Danny
