Solving playback issues

whenever i try to play a video on the youtube app on my roku tv, the played video only shows the video's thumbnail in front of a grey screen. im not sure what to do to fix this as it only a problem on youtube.

Thanks for the post.

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove YouTube then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
