Solving playback issues

Roku 4662X HDMI to Vizio V436-G1 4KTV connected:

Roku HDMI to Vizio M21d-H8R soundbar HDMI to TV HDMI1(arc)

Does not show anything other than stereo PCM to TV.

Roku Audio Mode = auto, Roku Audio HDMI = DD+, DTS

But any setting I try and the TV only sees stereo PCM. No volume modes set. (*)

The reason I ask is because Samsung K8500 4KBRplayer (when I changed settings to output raw audio)(connected to HDMI2), TV now sees DD etc etc.

How can I get Roku to do that. Tried all roku settings. tried all tv settings. long chat twice with Vizio.

All I get is 4K and stereo.

How to do that with Roku?

still no answer on this. So using TV's Smartcast mostly but Roku is simply easier so would love to get it going with DD. Thanks!
