can access home screen can not move to a streaming service or down the list on the left

I can access the roku home page.  Once there I can not move beyond home.  I have unplugged the unit from power and the tv.  I have unplugged from electricity.  Unplugged both ends of the HDMI cable.  Nothing works

I did reach ROKU chat but inadvertently move off of it and can't find it.  How to reach support chat

Have you tried new batteries in your remote?
