We have noticed a vertical blue line on the picture on our RCA Roku Tv we purchased 7/26/22., I tried turning it off, unplugging it and coming back. I tried factory resetting it. I tried multiple sources. All of which did nothing. I have a persistent blue line from startup and on every channel we watch. I’m not sure what else to try.
My guess would be that this is not a user-fixable problem so I would contact RCA. There should be some instructions and contact info that came with it. A few retailers (possibly Costco, for example) might even let you swap it at the store even after that period of time.
