A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing:
- Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
- Are you using a Roku player or Roku TV?
- Please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue so we can investigate further?
As a first step, try to restart your Roku device.
Restart Streaming player
To restart your Roku player, go to Settings > System > System restart.
Restart Roku TV
Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart.
If you have a Roku TV, have you tried unplugging your TV for 10-15 minutes then plugging it back in?
