I have multiple roku players. On a new ultra the audio disappears frequently when pausing on you tube tv. I thought it was the player and bought another ultra. It does the same thing. The only way to get audio is to restart the units. It then works again until the problem occurs again. This audio stopping is not a problem on any of my earlier units I believe you have a software glitch on the ultra units, since the problem does not occur on any of my other units still being used.
