Solving playback issues

The procedure for the Tracker ID does not yield anything - all I see is the same Grey screen.

When I open YouTube the screen is grey

@Leny Try doing either a system restart or unplug power for 60 seconds.

If that doesn't help..uninstall YT, system restart or unplug power, then reinstall app.

Thanks for letting us know that you're having an issue with the YouTube channel with a grey screen. We would like to coordinate this with our Roku team.

Before we proceed, we would like to know if the grey screen occurred during streaming or right after launching the YouTube channel.

Please provide us with the following:

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version and build. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
• Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
• Troubleshooting steps taken
• When did the issue start?
• Photo of the TV screen if possible. How do I insert an image in a post?

Same here. It launches and makes noise but is still stuck on the grey screen and nothing has worked. 🙄
