YouTube stops playing returns to home screen

My TCL plays YouTube for about 4 hours and then returns to the home screen. How do I have it continue playing for as long as I want?

Hi @Billybonaduce,

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

Try to remove the channel, update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now, restart your Roku device, and add back the channel.

Check out this link for more info: How to update the software on your Roku TV™

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.

Turn off the Bandwidth Saver feature:

Settings/Network/Bandwidth saver=off

Thank you streamer user. That obviously is the solution because it tells you if the setting is on and you don't use the remote for 4 hours, it will exit the app. I really appreciate the help!
