YouTube on Roku is not playing half of my Google Play purchased movies & I am receiving errors (i.e., nl6EnB0J1qGfYuyJ) they play just fine on my phone and tablet/YouTube, just not Roku Express - I submitted over a dozen error reports too, once it pops up- and still nothing has changed. Also ran system update, clear cookies and cache, and reboots - nothing has changed. Any help?
Hi @Kirkwa
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!
You can try removing the channel then adding it back in. To ensure the troubleshooting will be done correctly, make sure to restart your Roku before re-installing the channel.
You can check this Support link for detailed instructions: How do I resolve channel playback issues?
However, if the problem continues after performing the suggestion above, we recommend contacting the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
We appreciate your understanding.
All the best,
Kariza

Have you reinstalled the YT app?
You didnt mention your Roku model # or firmware version (Settings/System/About) or app version (highlight the app and press Options (*) on the remote).
FYI, the correct procedure to re-install the YT app on Roku:
1) Remove the YT app (Highlight the app, press the Options (*) button on the remote, then Remove)
2) RESTART the Roku (Settings/System/System restart/Restart) <-- MUST DO THIS HERE!!!
3) Re-install the YT app
(If you dont restart after removal, settings/cached data associated with the app are left behind and it wont be a clean re-install)
