Was working fine for 2 days then all the sudden just stopped working won't do anything no light on the ruku or anything
First, why are you powering off your Roku? Is it a Stick or Express plugged in to the USB of your TV? If so, connect the power to the included power supply and see if that makes a difference.
If that's not the situation, let us know what device (to include the model number) you have and a better description of the problem.
