Express Roku device keeps shutting down less than a year, Dedicated power no connection issues and and not a problem on my end. WHAT IS GOING ON? Its been updated, guality dropped for better streaming but seems the more comercials added the more it fails. Fix it or I post this find out how bad this is and use social media to boycot the **bleep** out of this.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? When the device shuts down, is there a light on the Roku device? How is the device being powered? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
