Why is the black bar at the bottom of the tv still going in and out every time
there’s a black bar coming in and out every time on my new roku express it doesn’t let me read anything on at the bottom and when I play my videos still coming in and I can’t see the whole screen

Which Roku model do you have? When did you purchase this? Is this happening on certain channels? If so which channels? Have you tried restarting the Roku? Can you post a picture of what you see on the screen?
