Solving playback issues

When I pause a program for a while, then unpause it, the program plays for about a minute and then re-pauses by itself. This never used to happen so why now?

Is there a particular app you experience this with?

YouTube TV perhaps?

I think it happens with whatever I'm watching and pause for a few minutes. I'll test it more but definitely when watching YouTube TV.

This is a known issue with the YTTV app.

This is also happening to my roku/ remote. It pauses while I watch tv and will press play and turn itself on while I’m not using it so therefore it isn’t a certain app. It’s brand new. Less than a week old.

If the issue persists after the suggestion above, please reply here with the serial number of your Roku device. It can be located in Settings > System > About.

It’s still happening. 
model: 3930RW- Roku Express

still pausing/ playing at random times. No way it’s somebody using the app either.

I still have not heard back and the roku is still not working.
