So I go into any app Hulu, Netflix, Tubi, Roku Channel anything and it plays for like 5 to 10mins but then it send me back to the home screen by itself, why? I've tried to restart my Roku player and I've even did my internet, what's wrong?
Me too, any channel after a few minutes. Restarted, wall power, still happening
Hi @ Daniel798896 @jimmynitcher,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community! I'd be happy to take a closer look to see how we can help get you up and running.
A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing: Are you using a Roku TV or a Roku device? If you have a Roku device, have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV as well as trying your device on another TV to see if you are seeing the same issue?
Please let us know and we'll continue assisting you from there!
Regards,
Mary
Thankyou but why would it work for ages on that TV and now not work?
I have no other TV and it only has one HDMI port.
I have moved flat and had to be reconnected to the same provider could that have anything to do with it ?

On Roku Premiere+ (4630x is the model# I think), Disney+ channel was working fine until 4 or 5 days ago. Now when I click the channel from the home screen, it shows the Disney+ logo for a few seconds, then takes me back to the home screen. All other channels stream video just fine. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the channel, rebooting the device, resetting the internet modem, etc. Anyone else having this issue and / or have any tips to get it to work. I even called Disney+ support and they have not been able to resolve it yet, have a case open with them as well.
