What to do when I see unauthorized in blue on my tv

When I try to watch Fox New Channel (Live Now) it is making me  {log in to your provider} when I do that I am getting (unauthorized ) in a blue box . Why am I getting this?

Does it only happen on that one channel/app?  Blue screens are often HDCP (copy protection) issues.  Try another HDMI cable or HDMI input on your TV.
