Recently closed captioning no longer displays for Viki. I went to settings and ensured that it was turned on. Turned it off and on for the particular program I was watching. I even logged out and back into my Viki account but still it does not display. When playing Viki on non-Roku devices closed captioning displays with no issues. Similarly, closed captioning displays fine with Netflix and other channels. Does anyone know what the issue may be and how to resolve?
