Unresolved issues, need help please

Hello, first time in the community.  I was actually trying to create a private message, but there isn't any listing of who you can reach out to. So what do you think of RUKO?  I am having unresolved issues with them myself, but I am interested to hear if that is the same or different for others,

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? What are the steps to reproduce what you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried to resolve the issue?

I have six Roku devices linked to my account.  I am not having an issue with any of them.  I did have a streaming stick plus break in less than a year.  Roku replaced it with a new device.
