Units stopped working - need assistance

I'm having an issue with both my Roku devices.  We were in the middle of the Celtics game and both units stopped working.  What is the problem?  Everything was working awesome and the Tv's are fine but both remotes stopped doing anything.  What can I do to get this fixed?

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue? What Roku model device are you using? How are you powering the device?

We don't really have enough information to give you informed suggestions.  Answers to the following questions will help users of this community to help you.

What Roku model names and numbers are your two Roku devices?  You should be able to find this on the backs or bottoms of your Rokus.

When you start up, do you get to the Roku home page with the grid of your installed channels?  If not, what do you see, if anything?

What error messages do you see, if any?

Who is your internet provider?
