I recently purchased an Ultra for my basement. However, it skips every few seconds when playing any video (Netflix, Amazon, Tidal). It does not skip when playing music only (through TIDAL). This same box does not skip on videos when placed in another room, however. Furthermore, other Ultra's do not skip videos in the original basement setup. This makes no sense to me.
