Twd disappeared after 1 day

I just got amc+ for the holiday deal through roku. I started to watch twd and next day totally disappeared !!!! I have rebooted the tv and tried everything I can think of. I even emailed support with no response. I got it just to watch twd. Cant take off app and add it back cause it says u have to cancel ur subscription first in the video. I should not have to go through all this. Also paying for amc+ through roku didnt realize I wouldn't get it on my other regular smart chromcast tv and cant even stream it. So why did I pay for a channel who's price will go up after promo just to NOT BE ABLE TO WATCH IT ????!!!! Anybody know how to get the show back?? And why does it only happen with TWD?

I can no longer get some channels to load that I pay for.  This just started happening about a week ago.  I updated my internet to the highest speed possible and still can't get Prime Video, Paramount+ or Philo to load and can't find any customer support anywhere.  Is there anyone that can help with this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Please provide us with the following information for further investigation:

-Roku device model
-Serial number
-Device ID
-Software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-Does this issue occur on a specific channel? If so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
With more information, we will be able to assist you further.
