I am not understanding what's going on I have had my 4K stick since Christmas I have had no problem with it whatsoever and now I'm going to have to do a factory reset on it because the remote won't work half the time and I can't stream it keeps cutting out and I'm getting extremely angry and I don't know who to contact to ask for another device because I paid good money for this and it should work any and all advice is welcome thank you
