I have purchased 3 Ruko Express boxes in a row and none will power on. I have two in the house and they work great. Swap out the one that is new and does not work with one of the old ones (using existing power and HDMI cable) and still will not power on. What I'm I doing wrong?
Roku has used the "Express" name over and over on different models. Are they all the same model number? When you say "existing power" are you using one of the supplied power adapters or your TV's USB port? Try using one of the new power adapters if you're not already.
Same model, using an existing power supply from one of my working Roku Express units. Will not power up.. Very strange it has been three in a row.
That's really strange. It seems really unlikely that you could get 3 bad ones. I assume you've tried multiple TVs? I don't know what to suggest other than try a different model.
