The roku express has been freezing alot and your shows you have been watching just disappear

My roku express freezes alot and shuts down and restarts.  In the middle of a show.  Then my show just disappeared off the screen.

Do you have it plugged into your TV's USB port?  If so, try using the supplied power adapter.
