I've been trying to watch the 1973 movie Theatre of Blood for 4 days now. I will look it up on The Roku Channel and play it, but it gets stuck on retrieving for ever. I have waited patiently for over an hour for it to load. I have done the uninstall->Restart player-> reinstall but it still won't work. I even factory reset the TCL TV and it still didn't work. I can't figure out what I need to do to fix it. Please somebody give a solution and not just say "I'm having the same problem."

I will not tell you that I'm having the same problem. I'm not. The movie plays for me.
My suggestion for you is to try it again.
If you're not having any success now, perhaps provide a little more information. Which Roku device are you using? Provide the model number.
Are you in the US?

I'm sorry if I came off rude I was just frustrated okay. I'm in the US in Alabama. I can play any other movie perfectly but I can not play Theatre of Blood. I will select and hit play. It will start loading then when finished it will freeze on retrieving. I will try to get it to play but it does not work.
I'm in Georgia. And that movie really does play for me. And you've tried it again since my last post? And it still doesn't work?
Which Roku device are you using? Provide the model number. Settings > System > About
