Solving playback issues

So, I'm trying to watch the new Rich Eisen show on the Roku Channel on my MacBook Air laptop, my fav sports commentary. The splash page, all the commercials come in crystal clear. But the moment the show begins to play, whether live or the replay, the stream degrades and the picture becomes blurred. If I reload the page, it's clear again for about 2 minutes, then out of focus again. I have dsl highspeed internet and do not have any issues with playback on my phone, my tv or my tablet and any time I'm watching content streaming through my ROKU player.  So what's up with this show?

We are currently unable to replicate the issue you are experiencing. Can you provide a specific title example that you see this issue? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue when it happens so we can better understand what you are seeing?
