Solving playback issues

I've got a 65" TCL Roku tv, i have sound, i can see a picture if i look at the screen from an angle mostly looking upwards, & i cannot get the screen to brighten up so the show can actually be seen.  Any suggestions?  I haven't had this tv for very long & i have been trying different steps since 6 this am & it is a terrible waste of my day! & Super Frustrating!!

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
