I’m new to this forum! I don’t know if I missing it, but I’m not seeing any answers? There is no reproducing it. I have six and at random the volume will go to max and is not clear. It also may go at any random time to no volume at all. If I exit to the guide and re-enter that channel, the problem is solved until the next time. It happens on all of my sticks. All of my sticks are up-to-date. As every time this happens I make sure there is no system update.
same here-----no helpful responses by customers or ROKU staff. Am assuming the issue is the remote, but could it be the Player------I think mine is the Premier. Unless they fix it at no cost soon, I'm going back to my Apple TV. This is 100% unacceptable
