The Roku Channel version should be 4.2.3 (highlight it and press the options (*) button)
Try manually checking for updates (Settings/System/System update/Check now) then run TRC again.

What is the Roku model #/firmware version/app version?
On ROKU Channel app

Also this issue is happening only for "24" series while the ads are playing.
