TV is not finding roku through HDMI port, had the same tv and same roku for more than 5 years.

Hello, 

 

I have a panasonic veria tv and roku sr # 5Y25A8169635. All of a sudden, my TV is not recognizing the roku hdmi input. I checked that the hdmi cable is working, was able to connect laptop to tv, internet is working, was able to connect modem to tv. I labeled inputs on HDMI port and that also did not resolve the issue.

 

Could you please help?

Thanks for the post.

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet? Have you tried connecting the Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
