Hello,
I am having issues with my sound bar, especially when I switch to any of the streaming services I use. The sound bar will often cut out (especially after skipping TV intros or selecting a new show). I initially thought that it was because the sound bar was switching to Dolby (the issue seems to be worst on HBO Max) but cannot seem to figure it out.
Any help would be much appreciated! The sound bar is either the TCL Alto 6 or 8

Thanks Danny! I am using the TCL Alto 6+ connected to the TCL 55" 6-SERIES TCL ROKU TV via HDMI cable.
