I've had it maybe 3 months. Suddenly it only shows the startup screen. Roku app on my phone says it isn't found on the network. Tried different power source. Tried factory reset using button but it never blinked to confirm it reset and then it just went to no signal until I unplugged and replugged it in. Attached to a relatively new insignia tv
