In that case, I suspect there's some sort of error in the SRT file. The format of each line of text has to be correct, or the file won't get streamed. I'm not an expert on what a line should look like, but here's an example of one that I know works on my Roku devices. It's just the opening 7 lines, but each entry looks identical. There's 4600 total lines of code, so I wasn't going to paste it all here. The movie: The Quiet Man, with John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara.
