The Roku streams for about 45 seconds to 1 minute and then the picture hangs. I can use the back arrow to get back to the utubetv menu but if I select anything it reverts back to the home screen with all the aps shown. If I go back to utube TV and select a channel, it again will only stream for less than a minute. It seems like the Roku fills the buffer and then doesn't get any more packets.
This also happens on a Roku TV connected by wiFi. The Ultra 4660 is connected by ethernet.
This issue started on 8/30/23 at about 5pm PDT. It has continued today after hours of checking the modem with Comcast and ruling out everything except the Rokus.
We have two other wifi connected TVs that also use various models of Roku that work fine.
Did Roku do a firmware update that caused this problem? My problem sounds similar to others on the forum.

I finally eliminated the variables and the root cause of the problem was the Roku Ultra failed. I replaced the Ultra with an older Roku and the problem went away. Ordered a new Ultra and the picture quality is excellent, much better than before. Now I know to check the Roku before checking things like a modem
Thanks for your help and interest
