@CharlotteH Which CBS local channel? How are you watching this channel? A separate app/channel? Or using a live tv streaming service? 16 Mbps is actually rather slow. You want at least 25 Mbps or higher. Which Roku model do you have? Have you restarted your Roku, modem and router?
