Hello any help is appreciated. I am having problems with Roku Streaming Stick+.
TV’s will not recognize the device is in even when it is fully powered on and light is on. Have tried multiple tvs and inputs.
Tried a hard reset holding the reset button for 10-20 seconds. No response and no blinking light.
Is it a broken stick?

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.
Have you made sure that the input (sometimes referred to as source) matches the one to which you have the Roku stick connected? Please reply here with the serial number/device ID of the affected Roku device as well. It can be found at the back of the stick.

Factory reset via the reset button requires at least a 30 second button push. Short of that you haven't changed anything.
Yes have made sure to have correct input and source on the TV.
Serial number is 225068845721
Model # is 3810X
Tried again with holding reset button longer for about 1 minute but still no change.
