We have two 4K Streaming Sticks. My wife has been complaining about her stick having a noise. The noise reminds me of a scratch record. It makes no difference what channel or app I am trying to use the audio has noise. The device in question was bought on 3/11/2022 and has worked just fine until a few days ago. I have the same Roku on another TV and it works fine. So I do not think it is the Router. I also changed the input it was connected to. No matter what input it is connected to it is making noise. I tried to go to Roku's Support page. I get to the page that asks Which product can we help you with today?. I click on the appropriate device and it just spins and says Loading. It has been doing that for at least 30 minutes. What do I need to do? Do I need to replace his device?
