Solving playback issues

My steam bar will only flash yellow light. I have reset the power. I have attempted a factory reset I have rebooted the wifi in the home all other connected devices have internet. When I cycle the power I will get Roku to appear on the screen for about 10 seconds then the unit will do nothing but flash yellow.
