Solving playback issues

About half the time after selecting channel, picture comes up extremely zoomed, only seeing the top left quarter of the picture.  My fix has been to turn off tv using roku remote and then turning tv back on.  Using Streaming Stick 4k and Vizio D series.

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

Does the issue only occur on one channel or regardless of the channel you access on your Roku device? If you haven't tried yet, connect your Roku to a different HDMI port at the back of your TV, or try using a different HDMI cable. 

Let us know if there's any difference after.

I get the extreme zoom the first time I turn on a channel.  Only fix is to go setting, system, power, and reset.   Then it works until the next time the unit is turned on.

Thanks for the post.

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet? We would alway recommend the latter.
