Solving playback issues

My Roku went out, then came back, then went out.... you get the picture.  Obviously, it's set up correctly, because sometimes it works, and sometime it doesn't. Can't get anyone on the phone to ask about this. My device is only a year old.

You need to explain what you mean by "went out, then came back, then went out".  Do you mean the picture disappears and comes back?  Do you mean the Internet connection comes and goes?  In addition, what's the model number of your Roku that shows under Settings->System->About?
