Spectrum app buffers every evening on only one of our devices.

I have 5 Roku devices.  One of them continually buffers when using the Spectrum app, the others do not.  I contacted Spectrum, they have replaced equiptment, I have updated the Spectrum app on the Roku and verfied that the Roku has the latest update.  All other apps work as they should, no buffering. Any clue what to do next?
