Help with audio & video playback issues, TV display type recognition & compatibility, HDCP messages, troubleshooting playback errors, advertisements, and resolving power issues.
Sound turns off periodically and picture shrinks periodically.
I have two issues. I'll be watching one of my paid apps (doesn't matter which one) and the sound will cut out for about 5 seconds. Also, the picture will randomly shrink and even after turning off and on, it still happens. This is driving me nuts! Thanks. -Mitch
