Sound momentarily cutting out several times during all shows & apps.
I have reset the unit several times. sometimes it helps. Sometimes it makes it worse.
But the problem never goes away completely or is corrected.
I have a CK48A88495903 Roku Ultra Model #4660X2. I have the unit hard wired to the Internet with an Ethernet cord. The unit says the connection is "Good" and @55mbs . How do I correct this problem???

Are you using the TV's speakers?
How are you connecting the Audio feed?
I use the TV's output.
Could be internet static or ghosts.
What about other channels?
Thanks for your reply.
1. Currently using the TV speakers.
2. This is only when I'm on the TV in our Bedroom set that I'm using the Roku on.
3. I'm not having any problem with our other TV that is Hard wired also, the sound is fine. We are streaming all of our programing on both sets.
4. It is happening on all channels & apps on the Roku. which leads me to believe the problem is in the Roku.

Now you're just making $|-|it up.
Thanks for your reply
I doubt it very much. I'm Having no problems with our other TV which is connected to the same network. Only the one that come through Roku is where we're having a problem.

You might consider powering off both the Roku and TV for several minutes (completely powering them off, not just soft off/standby mode).
Then power the TV on (let it power on completely so that its fully usable etc etc)
Then power the Roku on.
You might want to verify your audio settings: What does Settings/Audio/HDMI/Auto-detect indicate it detects?
I am having the same issue with two Ultras on two completely different TVs purchased in two different places. So it's not a bad batch or compatibility issue. I've contacted support twice now and they've ghosted me on a fix or a replacement. Getting very frustrated. If you're reading this and have the opportunity to return it that is the route I would take.
